Tara MooreTara MooreManaging Director, Head of European Originations at Golub Capital

Ms. Moore joined Golub Capital in 2020 and is a Managing Director and Head of European Originations. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of European transactions for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Moore was a Managing Director in the Corporate Credit Group at Guggenheim Partners, where she led the direct lending origination business in Europe. Previously, she was the Head of Debt Finance in London for Barclays, where she was responsible for providing debt solutions for middle market corporations and sponsor-led transactions. Ms. Moore has also worked at Versatus Advisors, Nomura, West LB and Societe Generale.

Ms. Moore earned her BA in Commerce from University College Dublin. She received an MSc in Finance from the Smurfit Graduate Business School at University College Dublin.

Ian GildayIan GildayHead of Leveraged & Acquisition Finance for EMEA at Morgan Stanley

Ian runs the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance business for Morgan Stanley in EMEA for the past decade– prior to which he held multiple positions at Goldman Sachs including Co Global Head of Leveraged Capital Markets; Head of Debt Capital Markets EMEA; and Head of CLO Origination in the region. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ian built the Leveraged Capital Markets business at Merrill Lynch in Europe. Over 30+ years Ian has underwritten mostly sub investment grade debt facilities for most financial sponsors, for corporates in most sectors, and is widely considered to be one of the most experienced leveraged finance professionals in Europe today.

Alex GriffithsAlex GriffithsManaging Director, Corporate Ratings at Fitch Ratings

Alex Griffiths is Head of Corporate Ratings for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Fitch’s EMEA corporate rating work is carried out by more than 110 dedicated corporate analysts, based in 10 cities, who cover all aspects of the rating and surveillance of non-financial corporates across the region.

Alex joined Fitch in London in 2005 as a corporate analyst, and has held a number of different roles, most recently as Fitch’s Credit Policy Group with responsibility for monitoring the quality of global corporate ratings. He started at Fitch as an analyst specialising in Telecoms, Media and Technology, then became Head of Research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Between 2012 and 2016 he ran the EMEA Natural Resources team.

Prior to this, Alex spent eight years with Deloitte's audit practice, where he gained experience ranging from transaction services work to audit, IFRS transitions, expert witness assignments and sector research.

Alex read economics at St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Brad MarshallBrad MarshallSenior Managing Director at Blackstone

Brad Marshall, Senior Managing Director, is the Global Head of Private Credit Strategies, Chairman and Co-CEO of both the Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) and the Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (BXSL) in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2005, Mr. Marshall worked in various roles at RBC, including fixed income research and business development within RBC’s private equity funds effort. Prior to RBC, Mr. Marshall helped develop a private equity funds business for TAL Global, a Canadian asset management division of CIBC, and prior to that, he co-founded a microchip verification software company where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marshall received an MBA from McGill University in Montreal and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Jeff KivitzJeff KivitzInvestment Partner at Canyon Partners, LLC

Jeffrey Kivitz is an Investment Partner at Canyon. Mr. Kivitz joined Canyon in 2008 and serves as a Co-Portfolio Manager for the Canyon Capital Solutions Fund and the Canyon Evergreen Private Credit Fund. Additionally, Mr. Kivitz oversees a team that focuses on investments in the financials, technology, software, building product and retail sectors. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Kivitz worked at Bain & Company as a consultant in both the private equity and general consulting practices, where he acted as an advisor on buyout and corporate strategy. Mr. Kivitz is a graduate of Williams College (B.A., Economics, cum laude).
