Rachel serves as a leader on sustainability and has acted as the DC coordinator for STUDIOS’ 2030 commitment toward carbon neutrality. She has navigated various sustainability and code compliance paths and brings expertise on LEED v4 for Schools and DC Green Construction Code. Rachel graduated with a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University, where her thesis project focused on K-12 education and the design of an elementary school in Washington, DC. At Syracuse, she was the AIA Henry Adams Medal recipient for academic excellence and was the top graduating student of her class.

Amit has extensive involvement during preconstruction providing budgets, constructability reviews, value engineering and during construction he participates in planning, scheduling, cost management, resource management, and quality control.

Chad has designed HVAC systems for both Net Zero, LEED Gold and Silver Certified projects and is a proficient energy modeler with IES-VE modeling software.
