been a lot of focus on trying to attract

organizations across the entire industry.

And some of the amazing things that
have worked well, I believe, are around

focus, also making sure that there's

enough visibility of who's in the
industry and the careers that they

are progressing within the industry.

There's been an increase in awards.

There's been an increase in blogs and
articles around the subject as well, which

shows to the next generation, shows to
the current generation in the workforce.

It also shows people outside of the
industry that here is a place for them.

So I think there's been a
huge rise in these networks,

which has been amazing to see.

There's things like SheCanCode, Girls Code
First, there's Women in Web 3, there's

Gemma Livermore's Women in FinTech, and
I think it's really heartening to see

the investment and the the networks that
are being built within these groups.

I also would love to plug my
own, network, so I run The Herd.

Which is a women in FinTech spokesperson
index seeking to get more women

and non binary people in FinTech
into public speaking opportunities.

So these things are popping up constantly.

It's good to, it's good
to stay across them.

Enforce company disclosures
like gender pay gap reporting

or percentage of executive
positions, represented by females.
