Benjamin Baumann is a Partner of Mercer Alternatives and Global Head of Secondaries. He is also a member of Mercer's Secondary & Co-Investment pre-IC, the Infrastructure and Real Estate Rating Review Committees, the Mercer Private Equity Secondaries & Co-Investment IC, the Real Assets IC, and the Private Debt IC. Benjamin also serves as CIO of Mercer Alternatives AG (based in Zurich), the delegated Investment Manager of all of Mercer's Alternatives solutions implemented in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Mercer, from 2004 until 2015, Benjamin worked at Strategic Capital Management AG (“SCM”, since the beginning of 2015, part of Mercer’s Investments business), where he was responsible for broader private market investments across due diligence, research, analytics, implementation and sales. He then specialized in real estate and infrastructure investments and was IC member for real asset investments.
Previously, he was working in Switzerland and abroad for KPMG and Merck KGaA.
Benjamin is fluent in German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish and holds a Master’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He also studied at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain and is a CAIA Charterholder.

Britta Lindhorst is an independent Senior Advisor for Private Equity and ESG / Impact Investing. She has 37 years of investment experience, thereof 22 years in private equity. From 2012 until 2024 she was Head of European Investments and Global Head of ESG/Impact at HQ Capital and before that responsible for a €1.5 bn global private equity portfolio of Generali. She holds a master’s degree in economics from Cologne University.

Philippe Roesch is founding Managing Partner of RIAM Alternative Investments, an independent advisory firm based in Frankfurt advising reputable family offices and institutional investors on their private equity portfolio allocation, the selection of funds and direct investments as well as on the purchase of funds commitments in the secondary market. Mr. Roesch represents investors on the boards of numerous private equity funds.
Mr. Roesch has built-up a 25 years successful international funds and direct investments track record on behalf of blue chip investors. Before founding RIAM in 2011, he was Head of Private Equity Europe with Auda, prior to that, Head of Private Equity with Harald Quandt Holding. In the mid-nineties, he ran a significant global fund-of-funds as well as co-investments portfolio for DBG, the private equity captive of Deutsche Bank. M. Roesch developed his direct investment experience with the strategic investor Deutsche Bahn AG Holding, where he led numerous M&A and JV projects in Europe, as well as a Principal with Triton. M. Roesch began his career as an M&A-advisor with BHF-Bank AG in 1993.
Mr. Roesch earned a Mastère degree from HEC School of Management, Paris, a Sciences Po degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Strasbourg, and degrees in International Economics as well as Banking & Finance from the Universities of Strasbourg. He is fluent in English, French and German.
Mr. Roesch is an active and appreciated member of the private equity community and participates as speaker, moderator or panelist to panel discussions at leading international private equity, family offices and institutional investors’ conferences.

Richard joined Golding Capital Partners in 2009 and is responsible for the secondary market activity.Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr Wilmes worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.Mr Wilmes holds an M.Sc. in economics from the University of Lund, Sweden and ESSEC Business School, Paris and is a CFA charterholder.
