  • Anne Fossemalle
    Anne Fossemalle
    Director at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
    Anne Fossemalle has been the Director in charge of Funds’ investments at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since 2009. She has over 25 years of private equity experience and holds numerous LPAC seats with major fund managers within the EBRD’s countries of operations. Anne also represents EBRD and its countries of operations in major industry bodies: as Member of the Board of Directors and Past Chair of Invest Europe, the European private equity association and the world’s largest association of capital providers; as former Member of the Board of Directors of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), the global association for institutional investors; and as CEE & CIS Council Chair Director for the Global Private Capital Association (GPCA), formerly EMPEA. Anne joined the EBRD in 1993 from Natixis in Paris, and has worked in a number of capacities prior to heading the Funds’ investment team, notably leading EBRD’s debt and direct equity investments into financial institutions. Anne holds Masters degrees from Stanford University, Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural, des Eaux et des Forêts (France) and Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon (France). She was selected as one of ten Women of Influence in Private Equity by Private Equity International in 2022.

    Sean Connor

    Sean Connor is a Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital and President of the Global Private Wealth business, where he is responsible for bringing the breadth of the Blue Owl investment platform to the global private wealth market. Mr. Connor is at the forefront of Blue Owl’s private wealth initiatives globally and oversees fund formation and product structure innovation, capital raising, and client servicing. In addition, Sean oversees business development, marketing, and operations for Private Wealth at the firm. Prior to his current role, Sean was one of the first employees at Owl Rock, (now the credit platform of Blue Owl) and was responsible for building out the private wealth business. Prior to joining Blue Owl and Owl Rock, Sean served as a Managing Director of CION Investment Management for over 10 years. Sean was a member of CION’s Investment Committee and responsible for overseeing all aspects of CION’s business including originating, underwriting, negotiating and corporate finance transactions globally. In 2020, Sean was recognized by Private Debt Investor as one of the industry’s Rising Stars, a list of 40 individuals under the age of 40 with the potential to shape the future of the private debt asset class. Sean holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University. A Philadelphia native, Sean resides in New York City with his wife and two sons.

    John Kremer
    Partner & Head of Investor Relations (EMEA) at Adams Street Partners
    John is responsible for leading Adams Street’s Investor Relations team across EMEA. Prior to joining the firm in 2011 John was Managing Director and Global Head of Single Strategy Hedge Funds at Credit Suisse Asset Management, and before that President of Lehman Brothers Alternative Investment Management. Earlier roles include senior distribution positions with UBS O’Connor in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London, and capital markets roles with Merrill Lynch in Singapore, Tokyo, and London. John graduated with BA from Middlebury College and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
