Paul Chen is the Senior Director for Trade and Channel. He has over 25 years of industry experience in branded and specialty pharmaceuticals, global public health and IT health solutions. Prior to joining Lexicon, Paul was responsible for Trade and Specialty Pharmacy at Reata Pharmaceuticals. He also has deep experience from the provider side in patient hub services and specialty pharmacy during his role as Director of Business Development for Cardinal Health. Other past roles include commercial sales, account management, contracting, marketing and government affairs at AstraZeneca and GSK. He began his professional career as a U.S. Naval Officer after receiving his B.S. from Boston University.

Scott MurrayScott MurraySenior Director, Payer Marketing and Strategy at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals

Scott is an accomplished subject matter expert in market access programs as well as copay accumulator programs, payer landscape, Medicare and commercial reimbursement and pull through programs and direct commercial sales leadership. In addition to his professional role, Scott earned his Doctor of Business Administration degree in 2022 from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, where his doctoral research focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence in Drug Discovery and Development.
