Yalin joined LeapFrog as Partner and Global Head of Investor Solutions in 2022. He is a 25-year veteran of the private equity industry, most recently as Partner, Fundraising and Investor Relations, for global private equity firm Cinven in London, with responsibility for fundraising and investor coverage in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to this role, Yalin was in the deal team at Cinven, where he was a member of the Business Services sector team and led the regional team for Emerging Europe. He previously spent over eight years with J.P. Morgan Partners, in New York and London, completing a number of buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and debt investments in a variety of sectors across Western and Eastern Europe, as well as the USA. Yalin holds a BA in Mathematics & Economics, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Lafayette College, USA. Yalin is a co-Founder of Turkey Mozaik Foundation, a UK-based organisation with a mission to promote and support local civil society organisations in Turkey. He is also on the Advisory Board of Yeşilist, leading Turkish green and sustainable living platform.

Nicolas Muller joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has 15+ years of industry experience. Prior to joining Blue Earth Capital, he worked as a Senior Investment Manager for Obviam AG, a Swiss impact investing firm, where he was responsible for fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Prior to joining Obviam, Nicolas was a Principal at Capital Dynamics, a global alternative asset manager, within the US Primaries team and was working as a Private Equity Analyst at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris, France. Nicolas covered various regions during his professional career including the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Nicolas holds a master’s degree in asset management from the INSEEC Group, Paris (France), and a master’s degree in corporate finance from the Ecole de Commerce Européenne (ECE), Lyon (France). He holds the professional designation of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Chuck Templeton is a Managing Partner and co-leads S2G. He is focused on value creation for portfolio companies by helping emerging entrepreneurs, executives, and companies scale their businesses. As an ex-operator — including founding OpenTable and serving as lead investor and operating Chairman in companies such as Grubhub and Venmo (Braintree Payment Systems) — he considers himself a student of leadership, entrepreneurship, and cultural development. He is focused on helping the S2G team, entrepreneurs, and executives take their ideas, validate them, institutionalize process, and ultimately scale their business innovations to address today's urgent environmental and societal problems; examples of portfolio support topics include leadership development, culture building, operations, and team building. Chuck was US Army Ranger qualified and a sniper before receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Economics from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Seva Zakharov is an Investment Director at Vertevis Capital Partners - Frankfurt-based PE firm investing in climate solutions in SMB with primary focus on DACH. He holds a venture capital background from the US fund Peak State Ventures where Seva invested in more than 50 early and late-stage companies shaping the Future of Work, Healthcare, and PropTech. Prior to that, he obtained an operator experience from Apttus, leading CLM software company, where he worked in strategy & operations. Seva studied Business & Informatics in the Higher School of Economics and he holds an MBA from INSEAD.
