Opera has the goal to invest alongside European emerging managers with a focus on small-cap markets and operational strategies. Opera looks for process-orientated managers creating value from transactional complexity and KPI-driven operational improvement and are raising their second institutional fund.

Kim is also responsible for investment activities, primarily in Northern Europe across primary, secondary and direct co-investment strategies. Kim holds a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

    Owen is a Director in the Time Private Capital investment advisory team at Time Partners focusing on the design of bespoke investment strategies and global fund selection. He has over 15 years of experience in private markets investment management. Owen brings a wealth of experience to Time Private Capital having initiated a significant Private Markets Fund of Fund investment programme at SEI Investments in 2015 taking the program to excess of USD 5.5bn of assets across private equity, real assets and property, allocating to over 70 funds globally across the spectrum from early stage venture through large buyout and was a member the investment committee. Owen was also heavily involved in sourcing co-investments and secondary opportunities. Prior to SEI Investments Owen spent 3 years at Barclays Bank Defined Benefit Pension Fund and four years at HSBC Global Asset Management where he covered private markets investments. Owen is a CFA Charterholder and a Management & International Business Economics graduate from the University of Manchester where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors.

    Inqu Neuenschwander is responsible for leading capital raising at Lincoln Road Global Management. Prior to Lincoln Road, Inqu was responsible for fundraising across Partners Group's Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, and Infrastructure platforms in the western region of the US. Inqu also founded and led The Black Network at Partners Group and served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She spent her early career in Europe and the US in various positions across private debt investing, industry value creation and healthcare strategy consulting. Inqu holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, an MPH in Health Policy from Columbia University, and a diploma in French Gastronomic Cuisine from Gastronomicom Académie in France. Inqu is also a proud mother of three children.
