Sally is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in NSW, specialising in Energy within KPMG’s national Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. For more than 18 years, Sally has focused on major projects and transactions in energy generation, transmission, distribution, and retail. She is a dual qualified electrical engineer and lawyer with deep expertise in clean energy and decarbonisation-related investments across wind, solar, batteries, pumped hydro, transmission, hydrogen and gas infrastructure. Prior to KPMG, Sally worked with private enterprise and large corporate organisations cementing her capability to deliver commercial services to private and public clients.

Dr Guy Debelle is a Director at Fortescue Future Industries.
He brings extensive experience in international finance and economic policy, having held the role of Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia for nearly six years prior to joining FFI in July 2022.
Dr Debelle previously held roles at the International Monetary Fund, Bank for International Settlements and the Australian Treasury. He spent time as a visiting Professor in Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Chaired the Australian Council of Financial Regulators Working Group on Climate Focused Regulatory Framework for Climate Finance.
Dr Debelle holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Adelaide and a Doctor of Economics from MIT.

Rob is the Head of Project Investments at Pollination Group, leading Pollination’s project development platform. For 25 years, Rob has been personally and professionally passionate about advocating for and delivering climate change abatement and clean energy policy, regulation, project investments, businesses and industries. His professional career includes roles as Director Energy at Fortescue Metals Group responsible for the company’s energy and green hydrogen businesses, Chair of the Clean Energy Investor Group, Senior Vice President Clean Power and Vice President Capital for SNC-Lavalin in Asia Pacific, and for 18 years until July 2014, helped position Pacific Hydro as Australia’s most successful and dynamic international clean energy utility, with 50% of that time as CEO. During his time at Pacific Hydro, Rob led the formation of the Clean Energy Council and was its third Chair. Rob holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has completed an MBA and Master of Applied Finance at Melbourne and Macquarie Universities.

Matt has over 20 years experience as a corporate finance and strategy specialist focusing on energy transition and technology commercialisation. Matt has worked extensively with a range of commercial entities to identify and develop emission reduction and renewable energy solutions. Matt spent eight years as an Investment Director at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) with responsibility for delivering large complex first of kind transactions in the areas of hydrogen, bioenergy, energy from waste, remote area power, energy storage and large scale solar. During his time at ARENA, Matt was responsible for ARENA’s investment in over $4 billion of clean energy projects and initiatives.
