It was it was the most beautiful thing.

Prior to that, probably I worked in

Las Vegas for a really long time.

I worked with some amazing chefs,

so I got to really learn some, some

techniques and things that I, again,

now use in my career as I go along.

So, I mean, it's kind of hard to

pinpoint, but that's probably, you

know, just being able to learn from

people who, who have some really,

really good ideas and then being able to

take that and make my own ideas using,

you know, what I learned from them.

Oh, wow.

I can't say that one on camera.

But, uh, I would say, you know, every

time I work with an incredible crew

of chefs is, is an amazing experience.

There's nothing that tops that.

The thrill you get in the middle

of service when everything's

kind of sinking in that chaos,

that's a high unlike any other.

So that's what I kind of crave

and look for in the industry.
