Tram Anh Nguyen is the Co-founder CFTE, a global platform for education in Fintech and the future of financial services.
She is also the Board Member of EDHEC, Board Member of the ACT, a Non-Executive Director of Tillo, Entrepreneurship Expert at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Fellow at Imperial College, the Top 10 Women Transforming Tech, and Top 22 Key Opinion Leaders in Fintech. She has also Co-authored the World Largest Fintech Job Report.
Tram Anh strongly believes that in a world dominated by technology, people must remain at the center of society and organizations. Hence, she co-founded CFTE in 2017 with the objectives to equip professionals and students with the skills to thrive in the new world of finance. This includes online courses and specialisations, leadership training and hands-on extrapreneurship experiences in topics such as Fintech, Open Banking, Digital Payments or Artificial Intelligence.
Today, more than 100,000 professionals from 100+ countries have participated in CFTE programmes to accelerate their careers in Fintech and new finance. CFTE has also become more global, and in addition to London, is present in Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Hungary and France.
Tram Anh continues to work tirelessly with governments, policymakers, industry experts to push initiatives in financial education for Finance 2.0 and bring about a skills revolution in finance to not only transform the industry but also more importantly making finance more inclusive and diverse.
Prior to co-founding CFTE, Tram Anh navigated between the corporate and entrepreneurial world. She has a diverse background in finance with over 16 years+ of experience having worked in trading, institutional sales and private banking for major financial institutions such as Standard Chartered in New York, Dresdner Kleinwort and UBS Wealth Management and vast experience working with UHNW individuals and Family Offices.
Tram Anh, in addition to her role at CFTE holds a leading position in the Fintech landscape. She is the ambassador for the Singapore Fintech Festival and has also been featured in the ‘100 Women in FinTech (100WFinTech) global directory’; ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist 2017,2018,2019’; ‘Top 10 Women Transforming Tech’ and was nominated as a part of the ‘Women in Payments Advocate for Women 2021 EMEA Awards’.

Ouliana Smith is a senior research analyst in Omdia’s Enterprise IT Financial Services Technology team and has 10 years’ specialism in financial services. Since joining Omdia in 2022, she has focused on digital transformation in retail banking and fraud solutions with a strong interest in alternative payments.
Ouliana started her career as an associate analyst with Datamonitor, now GlobalData, a global market intelligence provider, where she specialized in the Cards and Payments area and supported corporate partnerships by conducting research and interviews with industry executives, and authoring content investigating fraud and new payment technologies. Later, she moved into wealth management, overseeing key industry analysis, modelling, and bespoke content for clients. She also developed a contacts database to augment proprietary data and market analysis. Ouliana holds a first-class honours degree in mathematics from Coventry University and an upper-second-class honours degree in art history from the Open University.
