I think perhaps the biggest challenges at
the moment are accommodation and housing.

I think from an opportunity perspective,
there's massive opportunity there for

So it's a real dichotomy between needing
things, the opportunity for growth and of

lack of accommodation or lack of workers.

So they're the biggest challenges.

Most of the projects that have
been presented on today and

even yesterday I'm aware of.

So one of the, probably the two exciting
projects for the Shire of Coolgardie that

are pretty new, are pure batteries
technology and Lithco Proprietary Limited,

talking about nickel downstream processing
and lithium downstream processing.

So they're probably two very exciting
projects that are gonna be occurring

in the Shire in the near future.

The opportunity from a
regional perspective.

Firstly, I think the region's
going to continue to grow.

was around about 16.5 billion

for that to grow to over 20 billion.
