Andreas Bohn is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of SwanCap Partners GmbH which, together with its Luxemburg affiliate and regulated AIFM, SwanCap Investment Management S.A., forms a leading independent private markets investment management platform with offices in Munich, Luxembourg, Milan and New York. Prior to joining SwanCap in 2015, Andreas worked for 22 years in a wide range of investment banking and private equity related functions at UniCredit/Hypovereinsbank, most recently serving as a Management Board member and Head of Investment Banking at UniCredit Bank AG. He co-founded and for many years led UniCredit’s market leading Leveraged Finance business, and he also established the Private Equity / Principal Investments unit of UniCredit, which committed a total of ca. €5bn to leading private equity sponsors, through primary and secondary fund investments as well as co-investments. Andreas is a veteran of the European LBO and Private Equity industry.
Andreas received an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians University and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Munich.

Miriam Schmitter is Head of Buyout and Growth Equity investments outside the United States, a member of the Investment Committee and Senior Executive Group of CF Private Equity. She is based in CF Private Equity’s London investment office. Miriam's primary responsibilities include due diligence, investment selection, portfolio construction, monitoring and fundraising for the firm’s buyout and growth equity programs that are constructed with primaries, secondaries and co- investments. She also contributes to the firm’s venture capital and real assets and sustainability strategies. Before joining CF Private Equity, she was with Cambridge Associates (“Cambridge”) where she served as Managing Director and Head of International Private Equity Research in London. Miriam was also a member of the internal Investment Committee at Cambridge. She started with Cambridge in Boston in 2005 and was responsible for due diligence on investment opportunities and research published by the firm on private equity funds which resulted in significant client commitments to private capital managers, overseeing consultants and associates in the Boston, London, and Singapore offices. Prior to 2005, she was an investment manager of private equity fund investments at APEP (Allianz Private Equity Partners), where she researched and selected private equity investment opportunities. Prior to that, Miriam was an investment professional at DB Capital Partners/ DB Investor, the direct private equity investment division of Deutsche Bank, where she evaluated buyout investment opportunities. She also worked as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche performing financial analysis and valuations and conducting financial due diligence for clients. She is presently a member of the advisory boards of several private equity limited partnerships. Miriam has a PhD from the University of Darmstadt and a Diplom-Kauffrau (an M.B.A.) from the University of Mannheim.

Nadia Meier-Kirner is a Partner at Triton, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, and serves as its Head of Strategic Investments. In that role she oversees co-sponsored deals in partnership with LPs and other investors, manages the firm’s co-investment and syndication activities, and establishes strategic dialogues with Triton’s investor base through an investing lens. Nadia is a member of Triton’s mid-market Investment Advisory and Executive Committees. She has c. 20 years of investing experience, primarily in Business Services, having co-headed Triton’s Business Services strategy for c. 8 years, as well as in Industrials and Healthcare. Nadia currently sits on the boards of Swiss IT Security, an independent cyber security advisory firm and Ramudden Global, a provider of road and infrastructure safety services. Prior to joining Triton, Nadia worked in Investment Banking / M&A advisory and studied business administration in Germany and the US.

Johannes Wendt is an Investment Director at Allianz Capital Partners GmbH and heads the European Team in Munich. Another focus of Mr. Wendt's work lies on co-investments and relationships with European fund managers. Before joining Allianz Capital Partners GmbH in 2011, Mr. Wendt was the head of fund investment at Golding Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was part of the European private equity team at Bain Capital, working in London and Munich. Mr. Wendt began his career at Bain & Company and has a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich (Technische Universität München), as well as holding an MBA from INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau.

Dr. Michael Weber is a Partner at the Riverside Europe Fund, which is part of the Riverside Company. In his role, he is responsible for the investments in the DACH region and leads the European Software and Technology Sector investment activities. He serves at the board of multiple portfolio firms and is a board member of Bike24 AG.
Prior to joining Riverside, he worked with Auctus Capital, a leading German small-cap fund with a focus on buy-and-build investments. Before that, he worked for Dynamics Venture, a VC fund that carried out growth investments into disruptive energy, water and waste technology businesses on a global scale. Dr. Weber started his career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a strategy consultant working in financial services and private equity, focusing on international M&A and due diligence projects. Before starting his career at BCG, he spent three years in academics as an associate professor for Strategic Management at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
Dr. Weber holds a Ph.D. in strategic management and a degree in business administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
