Fraser is an accomplished leader, with over 40 years’ experience of multi-disciplined project construction delivery across the infrastructure, rail, and resource sectors, which includes a combined 10 years of working at the executive management level with tier one contractors and ASX 50 listed companies providing contractor supplied service to the civil engineering, building, and mining industries. His work has seen him successfully managing large-scale business operation with annual turnover exceeding $800m and a workforce of more than 2,500 people. He believes that safety performance outcomes are governed by the attitude and actions of leadership which he demonstrates through his own behaviour. This is echoed in Fraser’s leadership style and continued success which is characterised by action, trust, respect, and reasonableness.
