Volvo Trucks is part of the Volvo Group and is the second-largest heavy-duty truck brand in the world, making vehicles that are sold and serviced in more than 140 countries, supported by over 2,300 dealerships and workshops. Ian is a Solicitor admitted in England & Wales, and prior to joining the Volvo Group, he was a partner at a City of London practice and worked out of London and Brussels. He has been a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics, which was established 30 years ago to encourage high standards of business behaviour based on ethical values. He is also a Trustee of Europe’s largest dog welfare charity, Dogs Trust.

    Andreas Eberhardt is Senior Legal Counsel at Richemont International dealing with group-wide competition law matters. The Richemont Group is active in the luxury goods industry focusing predominantly on (i) jewellery (mainly through its Cartier, Piaget and Van Cleef & Arpels Maisons), (ii) watchmaking (through Maisons such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin or IWC Schaffhausen), (iii) writing instruments (mainly Montblanc) and (iv) other businesses active in the luxury goods industry (including Maisons such as Chloé, Lancel or Alfred Dunhill). Before joining Richemont in 2013, Andreas was a Managing Associate in the competition department of Linklaters LLP working mainly in the Brussels and London offices but also in the New York, Beijing and Paris offices on various secondments.

Prior to joining Nestlé, Christoph had practiced European and German competition law for more than six years with a major international law firm in Brussels. He holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in European law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a doctorate from the University of Göttingen. He is a German Rechtsanwalt admitted to the Cologne Bar.

Before starting as Chief Compliance Officer, Kjersti was in charge of Competition law advice and compliance at Panasonic Europe. Kjersti is a Norwegian qualified lawyer and has also worked at the Competition and State Aid Department at the EFTA Surveillance Authority and at the law firm Scjødt in Norway. Kjersti has a Master of European Law from College of Europe
