    Anthony Fobel is CEO of Arcmont Asset Management. Arcmont (previously BlueBay’s Private Debt business) is now an independent business with AuM of €20 billion in Private Debt funds, providing senior and subordinated debt solutions to financial sponsors and mid-sized European businesses. Prior to becoming CEO of Arcmont, Anthony was Founder and Managing Partner of BlueBay’s Private Debt business from 2011. From 2005 to 2010, Anthony was a Partner of Och-Ziff Management and Head of European Private Investments. Before joining Och-Ziff, Anthony was a Director at CVC Capital Partners from 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Anthony worked at Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Corporate Finance. Anthony qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, having graduated from Cambridge University in Law in 1988.

Symon graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr. Racz also studied at Oxford University and Leningrad State University.

Prior to this, he held senior roles at RBS and Société Générale, working in both Paris and London.

Prior, she was an investor at Carlyle Group and Goldman Sachs. Susan serves on Boards for the Enterprise Club of the American Enterprise Institute and Vail Health. Ms. Kasser graduated magna cum lade and Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University.
