- Anthony FobelCEO at Arcmont Asset ManagementAnthony Fobel is CEO of Arcmont Asset Management. Arcmont (previously BlueBay’s Private Debt business) is now an independent business with AuM of €20 billion in Private Debt funds, providing senior and subordinated debt solutions to financial sponsors and mid-sized European businesses. Prior to becoming CEO of Arcmont, Anthony was Founder and Managing Partner of BlueBay’s Private Debt business from 2011. From 2005 to 2010, Anthony was a Partner of Och-Ziff Management and Head of European Private Investments. Before joining Och-Ziff, Anthony was a Director at CVC Capital Partners from 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Anthony worked at Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Corporate Finance. Anthony qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, having graduated from Cambridge University in Law in 1988.

Prior to co-founding Pemberton in 2011, Symon worked at RBS from 2001 to 2009, where he was Global Head of Debt Markets with responsibility for trading, sales, research and origination, across leveraged finance, high yield, capital markets and loan syndications. During this period, RBS Debt Markets grew to be the #1 underwriter of syndicated loans in Europe, #1 in corporate debt underwriting and #5 in global debt underwriting. He has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including senior executive positions at RBS, ING Barings and JPMorgan working in Europe, the US and Asia. Symon graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr. Racz received his JD, Order of the Coif, magna cum laude, from NYU Law School and his BA, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College. Mr. Racz also studied at Oxford University and Leningrad State University.

Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Burdel was a Co-Founder and Partner of Spring Bridge Partners. Previously, Mr. Burdel was a Partner at Coller Capital where he spent 12 years, and served on the firm's Global Investment Committee, Strategic Committee and on the Advisory Board of key underlying investments. In addition, Mr. Burdel has held several positions in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Units at General Electric. Mr. Burdel holds a B.A. from Audencia in France in Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

He was previously a partner at Park Square Capital, creating and then overseeing that firm’s mid-market direct lending strategy. Before Park Square, he was head of origination and sponsor coverage at GE Capital’s European acquisition finance business and won awards in 2014 and 2015 as Debt Provider of the Year, pioneering the use of unitranche financing in European buyouts. Prior to this, he held senior roles at RBS and Société Générale, working in both Paris and London.
- Susan KasserHead of Private Debt at Neuberger BermanSusan Kasser, CFA, is Head of Neuberger Berman Private Debt, a $13 billion strategy dedicated to investing in first lien and unitranche loans to sponsor-backed companies. Prior, she was an investor at Carlyle Group and Goldman Sachs. Susan serves on Boards for the Enterprise Club of the American Enterprise Institute and Vail Health. Ms. Kasser graduated magna cum lade and Phi Beta Kappa from Brandeis University.
