So MOFI we turn experience into your biggest competitive advantage
and so to give you a little history about MOFI and who I am.

I was very fortunate to work for this great mouse that you
see behind me, the Walt Disney company, when I got really

exposed to what experience could look like as an ecosystem.

So, many times in the industry today,
we talk about consumer experience.

We talking about associate experience.

You're talking about brand experience and product
experience, so, and it's all very slightly.

But at MOFI what we do is we partner with solopreneurs,
entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes.

We fuel, spark and ignite your experience ecosystem by engaging
every aspect that I just mentioned from consumer, to digital, to

associate to your brand experience with the very focus on human
first experience and so I know that there's a lot of stuff happening

I know through this pandemic, people are like,
what does guest experience, or what does consumer

and customer experience look like going forward?

How do we keep our associates engaged and in this
hybrid model you know, so what we talked about at MOFI

that I love is we have three wives and those wives
are that multi-feed disrupts experience ecosystem.

To drive brand, loyalty, revenue and
reduced associate and consumer churn.

So we love to look at the whole experience that ecosystem and
disrupt it and look at how it can be melted together and we actually

call that the fueling stage and then when we move into the spark
stage what we do is we take, MOFI turns disruption into revenue.

So we've looked at the ecosystem, we've looked at your experiences
across, and now we start looking at how do we turn that into revenue

by designing and activating a human first experience strategy
and that goes back to my days, again, when I was a cast member

there, they were very focused on the experience of a cast member.

Very focused on guest experience, brand experience and so
looking at that whole ecosystem and I call that the spark stage.

So the fuel is disrupting and what it looks like and to reduce the
churn to the spark stage, which is really about starting to look at

that destruction and ecosystem and turnung it to revenue  and then
we move it to the ignite stage and, you know, mostly we design and

activate disruption minded experience ecosystems, again, that create
brand loyalty, revenue and growth and we're really excited about that.

We believe that's our differentiator and I think we live
in a world today that is going to be driven by experience

and we're in an experience economy.

Right and how do we move forward in that experience economy with what
we have learned today and we have three simple experience principles.

I believe if it's not broke, don't change it and so I learned
a lot at Disney and kind of tweaked the wording, but it is the

same concept and our experience principles are simply this;
know me, surprise me and make it easy for me and so to know me

as an associate, as a consumer and we talked about that, you
know, that all of the destruction journeys begin by pressing

the pause button diving into the deep end of the pool in empathy
and then figuring out how you can make consumers, associates

guests, whatever you call it, vendors feel known and cared for.

Second one surprised me is by harnessing each new days opportunities
to take it up a notch and you get to earn loyalty and make people feel

special by declaring that every night is opening night and there's so
many stories, after I left Disney that my family had had at Disney,

where every night has felt like opening night for us and you know,
there's other brands i'm a huge Chick-fil-A brand loyalist, right?

Like their experience is awesome.

Nordstrom's they're, you know, Harley Davidson, there's
so many that do this, know me, surprise me stage and the

most important is like the, make it easy and that the world
is already filled with too many overcomplicated systems

and we even are living in more complication right now with
COVID, but we want to give people the gift of demolishing all

the barriers that make people want to poke their eyeballs out.

So how do we make it easy for them?

What do we do for them and we do all of this in
this methodology called human centered design.

That's the basis of all that we do.

We don't try to claim a new methodology,
like we've created something new.

We use that with that very human first experience and I believe going
forward where we are in the world today, that if we don't focus on

That you're gonna miss out on the value to your consumers, to
