Sweta is the Head of Investments, Europe, at Moonfare. She leads the investment team with a global remit across Private Markets asset classes. She also leads Moonfare's global efforts within Sustainable Investments and Private Credit, and is actively involved in developing Moonfare's co-investment capabilities. Sweta has over a decade of private markets experience, investing in both funds and co-investments across a number of investment strategies. Prior to Moonfare, she was the head of bfinance's private equity advisory where she advised a range of institutional investors globally on investment due-diligence, strategy and implementation within the asset class. Previously she worked on the investment team of the £30bn UK Railways Pension Scheme RPMI Railpen. She has also held roles at USS. Adveq and ABN Amro, and has an MBA from INSEAD and an LLB from the London School of Economics.

Jan Ståhlberg has a long-standing career in private markets investment and has been holding senior investing – and leadership positions in Europe,US and Asia since1985. For ~25 years ,he was an Institutional Partner at EQT Partners, today a global investment organization.

Yalin joined LeapFrog as Partner and Global Head of Investor Solutions in 2022. He is a 25-year veteran of the private equity industry, most recently as Partner, Fundraising and Investor Relations, for global private equity firm Cinven in London, with responsibility for fundraising and investor coverage in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to this role, Yalin was in the deal team at Cinven, where he was a member of the Business Services sector team and led the regional team for Emerging Europe. He previously spent over eight years with J.P. Morgan Partners, in New York and London, completing a number of buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and debt investments in a variety of sectors across Western and Eastern Europe, as well as the USA. Yalin holds a BA in Mathematics & Economics, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Lafayette College, USA. Yalin is a co-Founder of Turkey Mozaik Foundation, a UK-based organisation with a mission to promote and support local civil society organisations in Turkey. He is also on the Advisory Board of Yeşilist, leading Turkish green and sustainable living platform.

Jon is a General Partner and Co-Founder at Eka Ventures, a seed stage venture firm that invests in climate and health technology. Jon founded Eka alongside Camilla Dolan to build a leading venture firm that integrates impact investing with mainstream venture. Eka manages a £70m fund and has made 15 investments to date. Prior to starting Eka, Jon spent 11 years at MMC Ventures, ultimately as Co-Managing Partner.
