With over 20 years experience, Emilie has worked across the spectrum of transport modes. At Transdev, she was the first female head of operations in the Victorian bus indsutry and following that was Director leading on passenger experience, innovation, network development at Yarra Trams.

Emilie founded her own business Elleeva Associates in August 2020. In the past three years she has been involved in a range of projects ranging from strategy development, bid preparation, and gateway reviews for business cases. Emilie also worked for 11 years in the UK across a number of roles in government and consulting. Emilie has been a strong advocate for sustainable transport throughout her career and understands firsthand the complexity of delivering projects in the Australian context. She has long experience in stakeholder and community engagement, as well as behaviour change.

In her own time Emilie is a passionate advocate for active and sustainable transport in the Macedon Ranges where she lives and as Vice President on the board of Bicycle Network.
