Mercedes started her career as a management consultant at KPMG, advising private equity funds and corporations on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and operational issues. Mercedes received a B.S. and MSc. with highest honors in industrial engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and an M.B.A. with honors in finance and management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sebastiaan joins Astorg from Arch Capital Group where he was CIO Alternatives and primarily responsible for building a global private markets investment portfolio. He previously worked in Hong Kong where he held various senior roles, most notably Managing Director at Harbourvest Partners. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Charles holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick.
