Johanna Lottmann is a Partner in PJT Park Hill and European head of PJT Park Hill’s Private Capital Solution group, based in London. Ms. Lottmann has more than 15 years of secondary market advisory experience, having advised financial sponsors and limited partners on a broad range of GP-led and portfolio sale transactions. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill, Ms. Lottmann was a Director in Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group in London, most recently leading the European Secondary Advisory activities. Prior to this, Ms. Lottmann spent three years in Lazard’s TMT and Industrials teams in London, having started with the firm in 2005. Ms. Lottmann received a Master in International Finance from University of Westminster.

Mercedes Fernandez EliasMercedes Fernandez EliasPartner and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management

Mercedes is an Investment Committee member and Partner for the Morgan Stanley Private Equity Secondaries team and has 17 years of industry experience. Prior to her current role, Mercedes headed AIP Private Markets' investment platform in Europe, working across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries. Mercedes started her career as a management consultant at KPMG, advising private equity funds and corporations on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and operational issues. Mercedes received a B.S. and MSc. with highest honors in industrial engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and an M.B.A. with honors in finance and management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sebastiaan van den Berg, Partner, Co-Head GP Equity Solutions. Sebastiaan joined Astorg earlier this year and has over 25 years of industry experience and built a strong network of relationships with premier GPs, LPs, and intermediaries globally. Sebastiaan joins Astorg from Arch Capital Group where he was CIO Alternatives and primarily responsible for building a global private markets investment portfolio. He previously worked in Hong Kong where he held various senior roles, most notably Managing Director at Harbourvest Partners. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Charles AponsoCharles AponsoPartne at Quilvest Capital Partners

Charles Aponso is a Partner at Quilvest Capital Partners, a global Private Equity firm with c. $7bn AuM.

Charles is based out of Quilvest’s London office, and is responsible for the firm’s investment activities across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries in Europe.

Charles has 18 years of experience. Before joining Quilvest in 2015, Charles worked at a mid-market UK private equity firm, and prior to that was an Investment Banker within the Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Barclays Capital and Nomura.

Charles holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick.
