Marina Leytes is a Director at 57 Stars and a member of the ESG & Impact Committee, focusing on ESG integration and the firm’s impact strategy. Prior to 57 Stars, she was with Sarona Asset Management, an impact-focused emerging markets fund manager, where she led investor relations and ESG and impact management efforts. Previously, Marina was with the World Economic Forum’s Impact Investing and Blended Finance Initiatives. She began her career at Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management, LLC (a BentallGreenOak subsidiary) in New York, where she led portfolio analysis and reporting for the company’s funds. Marina holds a BA (magna cum laude) in Computer Science from New York University and an MA in development economics from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Daniel is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Convergence Partners, a European HealthTech venture capital firm that actively supports the internationalisation and business development of its portfolio companies in the world's largest healthcare markets. Convergence currently focuses on investment opportunities in Behavioural Health and is in the process of launching a EUR 100m Brain Health Fund. Daniel has more than 15 years of High tech venture capital investing - and company building experience, focused on sectors that have a positive impact on planet and society. From 2009 to 2017, Daniel was Investment Partner and Investment Committee Member at Jadeberg Partners, a pioneering VC firm in European Cleantech-investing. Prior, Daniel worked for 7 years at Man Group, one of the world's leading alternative investment management firms, in London, Chicago and Hong Kong, focused on environmental technology investments. Before joining Man Group, Daniel worked at the EU headquarters of Intel Corporation. Daniel holds an MBA and BSc in Business Studies from Bayes Business School, London (formerly Cass Business School) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mona Huys is a Sustainable & Impact Investment Specialist at Mercer. Mona is responsible for assessing impact funds and managers globally with a focus on a broad range of private markets strategies, and supporting on regulatory requirements (e.g., SFDR). Previously, she focused on assessing climate and biodiversity credentials of companies across economic sectors, supporting institutional investors.

Bryn is a Senior Managing Director on the Business Development team, where he is the Chief Product & Strategy Officer, Co-Chair of the Responsible Investment Committee and Co-Head of the Environmental Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the firm’s Product Committee. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Bryn worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division where he served as the Head of Business Development for GP stake, secondary, and senior lending strategies. Earlier in his career, Bryn practiced corporate law at Skadden Arps and Jones Day. He holds a Bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Duke University, a Master's degree from Oxford University and a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. Bryn also served as a member of the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
