    Holger Rossbach is Managing Director and Co-Head PE/VC at Palladio Partners and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. Holger has long-standing experience in the PE and VC industry and belongs to some of the most experienced VC and growth fund investors across Europe with almost 20 years of experience as VC LP. Prior to Palladio Partners, he led the European PE and VC research team out of Cambridge Associates’ London office before opening their German presence. During his time in the Munich office, he focused on advising and conducting investments on behalf of large institutional clients in infrastructure, private equity, venture capital and private debt. Earlier in his career, he worked at one of the leading institutional private equity and venture capital fund of funds in Germany conducting VC and growth investments. Holger Rossbach holds an MBA and an M.A. in Chinese Sciences (Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich).

    Ms. Haimoff has over 30 years of private equity investment and advisory experience. She joined the Private Equity Group of JP Morgan Asset Management in May 2002 and is based in London. Dana is a Senior Portfolio Manager, leading private equity investments including fund commitments, co-investments and secondary opportunities on behalf of institutional clients. Dana is a director on the board of JPMorgan Asset Management International Ltd and JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd and is responsible for the firm’s EMEA Alternatives as its Senior Manager Regime. Prior to JP Morgan, Dana spent seven years at Merrill Lynch’s investment bank in the Private Equity Placement Group. She is the co-Founder of Level20, a leading European organization set up to encourage women to succeed in the private equity industry. She is also a member of the British Venture Capital Association’s Limited Partner Committee. Dana attended Skidmore College and received her MBA from Columbia University.

    Martijn van Gils is Vice President Private Equity at Wilshire. In this role, he leads research and due diligence efforts across both fund investments and transactions (co-investments & secondaries) in different segments of the private equity market within Europe. Prior to joining Wilshire in 2019, Martijn was an Investment Manager at PGGM Private Equity, a major global private equity investor. Martijn received an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus School of Economics.

    Prior founding Ufenau Capital Partners, Ralf Flore was 5 years CEO of a publicly listed private equity company and based in Frankfurt and Zurich. Before this tenure, Ralf was Investment Director at Go Equity in Vienna and was responsible for growth capital and buyouts in the DACH-region. Between 2000-2004, he was Analyst and then Investment manager at Swiss Life Private Equity Partners and Capvis Equity Partners in Zurich. Ralf Flore started his career as a commercial trainee in a SME company and has a degree in Business Administration.
