Niels Christian Ersbøll is a partner in the EU Antitrust practice, chair of the European Competition practice, and head of the Brussels office. He mainly advises clients on EU competition law in relation to merger control, cartels and restrictive practices, and abuse of dominance, where he has more two decades’ experience. Niels has also significant expertise in advising clients on EU sanctions and export control matters.

Elisabetta M. Lanza is an investigative officer at the Italian Competition Authority (since 2012), where she currently works at the Directorate for Competition. She has been case-handler of several cases, among which: the "Aspen" case dealing with an abuse of dominance for excessive pricing in the pharmaceutical sector; the “Unilever” case related to exclusivity agreements and fidelity-inducing rebates.

Before working for the Italian Competition Authority, she was a solicitor in the field of administrative law and civil law.

She holds a Law Degree from the University of Catania (2006) and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the University of Ferrara (2012). In 2009 she was a Visiting scholar researcher at the Yale Law School.

She is frequently lecturing about her research and practice at universities and scientific conferences.

She wrote several articles on competition law and public law. Among her academic publications and essays, can be mentioned: “Excessive Price Abuses: The Italian Aspen Case”, with P. Sfasciotti, in Journal of European Competition Law & Practice, Oxford Journals, 2017; “The Unilever exclusionary strategy in the impulse packaged ice cream market”, with D. Giangiulio, in Italian Antitrust Review, 2017, n.2; “Core of State Sovereignty and European Union’s Identity in the Lissabon – Urteil”, in German Law Journal, Vol. n. 11, n. 4 (2010); “The Relationships between EU and Global Antitrust Regulation”, in “Global Administrative Law and EU Administrative Law. Anne-Charlotte PrévotAnne-Charlotte PrévotCo-ordinator for Health & Pharma Task Force at Belgium Competition Authority

Anne-Charlotte has been working for 14 years at the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) as an economist, and has specialized in network industries and the pharmaceutical sector. As prosecutor, she is currently involved in pharma cases, and also coordinates the Pharma Task Force at the BCA.

Before working at the BCA, Anne-Charlotte worked as a free-lancer for 10 years (accounting and administrative follow-up of, mainly, construction firms).

Mathieu RelangeMathieu RelangeRéférendaire at Autorité de la concurrence

Mathieu Relange is a member of the legal service of the French Competition Authority. He was previously in the private practice, and he worked for more than ten years for several law firms in Brussels.
