Dave Christie is a supply chain and logistics expert with a career in the industry spanning more than 35 years. Dave has a passion for enhancing New Zealand’s future prosperity through building more efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains. This passion has lead Dave work with Tainui Group Holdings in the development of the Ruakura Superhub in Waikato – a strategic infrastructure programme which delivers on the NZ Government’s strategic goals as well as changes the way freight flows around the North Island.

Santiago Aon is a dairy industry executive with experience spanning a cumulative 25 years. He joined Fonterra in 2008 from SanCor – largest dairy Coop in Argentina, working globally across Fonterra in roles including GM MEA&CIS and Sales Director, Middle East to Mexico. His current role based in New Zealand is Director Global Supply Chain. Prior, Santiago was Director Product Portfolio Optimisation, leading the enterprise-wide Product Optimisation Strategy. Notable achievements include leading the consolidation of Fonterra’s operations in the Middle East and being part of the think-tank that led Fonterra’s long-term strategy, “Long Term Aspirations”. Santiago holds a Bachelor of International Trade and an MBA degree from IPADE (Mexico).

Adele Wilson is the Chief Customer & Growth Officer at KiwiRail, leading the Freight, Interislander and Great Journeys New Zealand business. Prior to joining KiwiRail, Adele led Fonterra’s Consumer Export business, and, prior to that was global General Counsel for Fonterra’s Consumer and Foodservice business.
Adele is an experienced senior leader who has operated at an executive and board leadership level in various roles. Adele is known for her strong capability to think creatively and strategically partner with customers to build a brand proposition and service promise, growing market share and building a customer-led mindset through her direct teams and stakeholder partners. Her strong understanding of domestic and international supply chains are vital to KiwiRail’s efforts to make New Zealand export businesses viable in the international market.

In his role Nigel is accountable for managing all aspects of Alliance’s supply chain reaching from farm gate to international market. This role includes forecasting livestock supply, sales demand, production planning and management of all logistics activity.
Nigel joined Alliance’s executive team in 2015 as General Manager Strategy after 16 years in the dairy industry, including 14 years at Fonterra. During his time at Fonterra Nigel held a number of General Manager Roles including Strategy, Supply Chain and Logistics. Prior joining the dairy sector Nigel worked for one of the world’s leading logistics companies.
Experienced in company directorship, executive management, business strategy, marketing and supply chain, Nigel has worked in a range of International markets including Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia.
Nigel has Bachelor of Business Degrees in Accountancy and Finance, a Master of Science in Supply chain and Logistics (Cranfield) and has completed an executive programme in Strategy at Stanford University

With over 15 years in the forest products sector, Gareth bring extensive experience, particularly in supply chain and logistics. My career has mainly focused on these areas, working to improve efficiency and manage resources effectively. Notably, Gareth has been involved with rail transport in North America through a large Canadian forest products company, which gave him valuable insights into global logistics. This experience has helped Gareth navigate complex supply chains and better understand international market dynamics
