Troy is an Environment and Sustainability professional with more than 21 years’ experience working with small to large business, across multiple sectors. Troy is passionate about supporting organisiations in achieving their operational and growth aspirations, sustainably. During his 13 years at Queensland Rail, he has been directly involved in the delivery of various sustainability initiatives and most recently, in delivery the organisation’s first Sustainability and Decarbonisation Plans. Troy is pleased to be witnessing a changing of the tide, with organisations large and small integrating sustainability principles into their business practices, and he is excited to see what the future holds in this arena.

Mamta brings over 18 years of experience, including close to 2 years at Pacific National where she serves as the ESG Principal. Mamta aids strategic initiatives aimed at integrating ESG objectives into Pacific National's operations. Her focus includes Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions data analysis and reporting and fostering decarbonisation within the rail sector. Mamta holds an MBA in Operations and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

Dr Samuel Parsons is currently Director of Environment and Sustainability at V/Line, the regional rail and coach service in Victoria. He is a sustainability and environment professional with twenty years experience in the industry, working primarily in rail transport, as well as primary industries, planning, and land management. Sam’s focus areas include strategy, corporate planning, the circular economy, and climate change, and he has completed a PhD focusing on sustainability in the built environment. While committed to environmental change, Sam is also an advocate for work life balance, and in his spare time is an exhibited artist, prolific musician, advocate for diversity and inclusion, and aspiring polyglot
