Crispian is a Standards Development Crispian is an Operational Readiness Specialist at Rio Tinto’s Sustaining Capital division. Cris has over 25 years of experience in the railway industry, in both operational and safety roles working for both the public and private sector. Cris has been instrumental in improving safety, harmonization, and interoperability solutions for the Australian Railway Network, through roles at RISSB, ARTC, and Rio Tinto. Crispian was heavily involved in the RCE projects where a large number of turnouts were installed into brownfields locations, and knows first hand the issues with this work.

Joeley is a corporate affairs and sustainability leader with experience working in large and complex organisations across many industries. She leads the ARA's corporate affairs and sustainability portfolio, working closely with members to support the advancement of the rail industry. She believes rail has a crucial role to play in the sustainable development of our cities and communities and is focused on highlighting the essential work of our industry to support the nation's growth and success.

Zoe has over 20 years experience in the development and delivery of Transport Infrastructure projects. As a Fellow of Engineers Australia and Roads Australia, a Chartered Professional Engineer, and a Certified Practicing Project Manager, she has held senior leadership roles on both road and rail infrastructure projects across Victoria. In her current role as Director Engineering and Integration Group with Rail Projects Victoria, Zoe leads a large team providing a broad range of engineering support functions across the RPV Portfolio, which includes Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival and Melbourne Airport Rail. Zoe also represents RPV on the Program Control Board for the Victorian Transport Digital Engineering Transformation Program and the MTIA Steering Committee for the MTIA Model Based Delivery Project. She is passionate about driving a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation

Joseph Louis joined UGL in 2016 as General Manager, Major Projects and was appointed as Executive General Manager, Projects in 2022. Joseph has over 22 years’ project delivery experience and has worked in hydropower, nuclear power, water supply and sewage treatment projects, tunnelling, roads/ bridges, heavy haul freight, metro rail and suburban rail, managed motorways and MEC/ rail technology projects. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in project work winning and delivery gained by holding senior management positions. Before joining UGL, Joseph worked with tier 1 contractors in Australia, Middle East and India in various project management roles. He has substantial international experience having worked in five countries in various infrastructure sectors. His experience spans large PPP/ D&C/ O&M/ alliance projects across major infrastructure including Sydney Metro and Cross River Rail. Joseph is a graduate civil engineer from Bangalore University, with Post Graduate in Advanced Construction Management. He also holds Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from University of Queensland.
