With a background in Actuarial Science, Greg is the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of AIA Health Australia – a global health and life insurer structured around the shared-value model where members, the business and broader society all benefit from a healthier population. Greg has worked in the insurance industry for just under two decades, specialising in international business development and insurance product innovation. During his time with AIA, Greg has helped launched new insurance plans and products in all AIA markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea – and more recently, here in Australia and New Zealand.
In his downtime, you’ll find Greg reading or enjoying a walk or cycle outdoors. Greg is also passionate about skills development in the youth and dedicates much of his spare time to tutoring refugee children in maths and science.
Having relocated to Australia in February 2020 (just ahead of COVID lockdowns), Greg is now enjoying the post-COVID life exploring Sydney with his family – and dog, Nando.

Vanessa is a Special Counsel at K&L Gates. She exclusively advises clients in the private health insurance, health, life sciences and aged care/retirement village sectors and specialises in providing advice in relation to regulatory and privacy compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and contracting.
Vanessa has spent a significant amount of her career in-house working for a range of healthcare organisations and a large health insurer. She has completed her Masters of Laws where her studies focused on health, privacy and corporate law.
Vanessa is currently a member of the Human Research Ethics Committee for the Royal Women's Hospital. She is also currently Co-Chair of the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Foundation

Paris Petranis is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a background in health law and policy, having previously worked as a healthcare professional for almost 10 years. His practice focuses exclusively on the aged care/retirement living, health and therapeutic good sectors, with a particular emphasis on arrangements with aged care providers, healthcare providers, health facilities (including medical centres, hospitals and day procedure centres), pathology, diagnostic imaging and private health insurance. Paris advises clients on a range of issues affecting the above industries including compliance with regulatory requirements, contracting, risk management, privacy, structuring and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include some of Australia's most well known companies in the health, aged care/retirement living and therapeutic goods sectors and comprise for-profit and not-for-profit entities, as well as government entities. Paris is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and has previously served on the Health Services Review Council in Victoria.

Robert spent most of his career in private equity and healthcare. He is the Chief Commercial Officer at Amplar Health, one of Australia's leading healthcare service providers, partnering to provide new and innovative care models. Amplar supports patients across primary care, homecare, virtual health and short stay hospitals. Prior to becoming CCO of Amplar Health, Robert led MedAdvisor Ltd, an Australian listed Medtech company as CEO & MD from start-up to a global business with over 3 million users. MedAdvisor is focused on improving medication adherence. Over 90% of the Australian pharmacy market use MedAdvisor and it is also a leading player in the US medication adherence market. Robert was also the Managing Director of the Australian Private Equity arm of Harbert Management Corporation, and Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations at GlaxoSmithKline. During his private equity career, Robert spent time at both St George Bank's and ANZ Bank's private equity divisions where he was responsible for managing venture and private equity investments, all the way through to profitable exits. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Monash University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
