Hossein is the Director of Petro Power Construction. He serves as an elected council member of the British Exporters' Association (BExA), a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) Assessor at the Association for Project Management (APM) and a Member of the Quality Assurance Committee, as well as a CPD Advisor at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).

He has extensive experience and expertise in leading, managing, and developing a range of projects in the conventional and renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. He specializes in technical, economic, risk assessment, and financing projects within the above sectors. Hossein is a Fellow Chartered Project Professional (ChPP FAPM), a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances (M&AP and IM&A) professional, a certified Hydrogen Energy Consultant Expert and a U.S. Lease and Title Analyst.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Lincoln, an MBA with a specialisation in Finance from the University of London, and an accredited Master's in Renewable Energy from the Renewable Energy Institute (REI). He also obtained three postgraduate qualifications in Private Equity, Financial Derivatives, and Project Financing from Middlesex University.

Richard Busellato grew up in Sweden. He worked in Stockholm in 1990 and later in Brussels for some of the world’s oldest corporations before moving to London 25 years ago. He has been involved in investing throughout this time, successfully navigating some of the most volatile periods in the financial markets. Famously, he remembers his first lesson in risk management – imagine the worst that can happen, and double it. To this day, this remains a defining consideration to how to see the world and what is happening in it.

He worked in many of the premier hedge funds and financial institutions, taking senior roles with responsibilities over large investment decisions. He joined with David and researched not just the financial but also the driving social and ethical aspects of sustainability. This led them to the idea of Rethinking Choices – a holistic examination of how we can genuinely contribute to the planet’s timeless capacity for life.

Subi has over 26 years of sales, solution development and technology experience in Banking & Financial Services. With passion for Sustainability, Subi enjoys working in the intersection of sustainability & ESG, business and technology, championing TCS’ efforts in externalizing its sustainability capabilities and crafting differentiated solutions to address the rapidly emerging needs in this space.
