Eleanor Fraser-Smith

Eleanor Fraser Smith leads Victory Hill Capital Advisors' sustainability strategy and ESG reporting. Previously, she spearheaded corporate responsibility at Cobham Plc, managing policies on carbon reduction, environmental impact, and diversity. Her work earned her the CEO prize and recognition in Assent Compliance's Top 100 Human Trafficking & Slavery Influence Leaders list. Eleanor's experience includes roles at Marathon Oil as a risk advisor and at IPIECA managing the social responsibility working group. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from Imperial College London and SOAS University of London, a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability.
