He previously served as MySQL Sales Manager, driving enterprise transitions from open-source to fully supported database architectures. His career includes roles at Sun Microsystems, SCC, Halifax Bank and Esteem, where he managed partner relationships and technical solutions. Jim holds a BSc in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and has earned multiple Oracle Partner of the Year awards.
