Emma is Chief Culture and People Excellence Officer at Masafi LLC.

Emma is an experienced, hands-on leader providing day to day advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practices, policies, and procedures along with all training and development programmes. Emma has a successful, track record of accomplishing major projects, transforming cultures, encompassing business units’ integration, HR system implementation, people skills development, and behavioural change management.

After years of experience, Emma has been credited for retaining a 97%+ employee satisfaction rate by fostering a culture that promotes people & wellbeing, talent management and safety of staff members Emma also manages the Diversity and Inclusion Policies across the region.

Having been based in the UAE for 15 years Emma has held positions in two major construction companies and is credited for developing new leaders into roles in ALEC, along with playing a key role in the launch of their graduate programme and high potential development programmes, along with culture change programme.

Prior to working at ALEC, Emma was the head of Learning and Development at Al Futtaim Carillion where amongst other successful projects Emma set up a trade training school and the Futures and CLP leadership programmes
