A Gippsland local, Mark is a communications specialist dedicated to building strong connections through purposeful community engagement. With many years of experience in public relations, working across all levels of government, he is driven by bringing people and purpose together to deliver upon a shared cause. Mark has successfully led initiatives that enhance collaboration between communities, with his current role as Acting Head of Communications and Community Engagement at Marinus Link combining all his skills, working across a broad range of stakeholder groups that include community, culture, education, environment, government, and industry. Known for his strategic thinking and relaxed and relatable approach, he currently leads a small but powerful team of communications and engagement specialists in Tasmania, on the mainland and even on King Island in Bass Strait. When not working, Mark enjoys attending local events, exploring the nearby coast, and chasing around his three teenagers at their various sporting activities.
