Juliet Aryana has over 22 years of leadership experience spanning workforce management, education, and health and community services and is the current Head of Industry Engagement for the AGSM @ UNSW Business School. As the former Divisional CEO for the Healthcare and Community at PeopleIn, Australia’s largest ASX-listed workforce solutions company, Juliet oversaw more than 6,000 on-hire healthcare professionals and lead initiatives to increase the availability and clinical skill base of healthcare professionals in rural and remote Australia and other areas of critical shortage, resulting in a unique understanding of recruitment and retention challenges of the healthcare sector. At AGSM, Juliet leverages the exceptional academic and industry expertise of UNSW faculty to design and deliver bespoke leadership and workforce development solutions. These programs are built with innovative design principles, ensuring they not only address organizations' most pressing challenges—such as workforce retention, upskilling, and building a pipeline of future leaders—but also deliver genuine, measurable impact across all leadership dimensions. By integrating cutting-edge research and industry insights, Juliet collaborates with healthcare and other sectors to create tailored programs that equip leaders with the tools they need to drive sustainable growth, foster innovation, and build resilient, adaptable teams and ensure leaders are prepared to meet the evolving demands of their environment.

Meghan CahillMeghan CahillAssociate Professor, National Centre for Health Workforce Studies at Australian National University

Megan Cahill is an experienced health service executive who has worked in both the Australian and United Kingdom health systems. Megan is currently an Associate Professor in the National Centre for Health Workforce Studies at the Australian National University. Megan has held Chief Executive Officer roles with the ACT Primary Health Network (PHN), the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria and General Practice Education and Training. Her responsibilities in these leadership roles included workforce planning, education and distribution; commissioning; regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Megan has held senior executive positions in state and territory health departments with responsibility for clinical service planning, workforce planning, and infrastructure planning. In these roles managed intergovernmental relations including the National Health Reform Agreements, cross border agreements and performance frameworks; workforce reform; health technology assessment; and contributed to the establishment of the national registration and accreditation scheme for registered health practitioners. Megan has a Master of Health Administration from UNSW, a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University and a Graduate Certificate in Health Economics from Monash University; and she is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Megan's areas of interest include health workforce planning, primary health care, health system integration and commissioning.
