Bunbury and the SouthWest of WA is heavily reliant on IMGs for its healthcare workforce and the introduction of structured education training and assessment pathways, promoted and supported by Medical Administration and the Medical Education Unit has boosted our ability to attract, retain, and develop IMG doctors as they progress successfully to independent practice in our Region
