Sylvia had been a part of the Landmark Group for the last 8 years in various roles. She started her journey in India with 3 retail giants, Shoppers Stop, Hypercity and Trent Limited with experience in Learning and Development and moving into HR and Employee Experience projects.

In 2017 she led the Landmark Happiness Movement for the Landmark Group across the GCC, Egypt and India pioneering the Happiness Day at the group as a day every month to celebrate and unite people across the Group from Retail, Offices and Warehouses. The Yellow T-shirt and now Blue T-shirt became a symbol of the Groups People Engagement activity and went on to win many awards internationally and the Brandon Hall in 2021.
