Zoe McLoughlin
Executive director of the Career Center at London Business School
Zoe McLoughlin is the Executive Director of the Career Centre at London Business School, where she leads a dedicated team committed to enhancing the lifelong career impact of LBS students and alumni.
She has worked in global talent acquisition and development for over 25 years across a variety of roles. Before joining LBS in 2014, she led international recruitment for The Boston Consulting Group, overseeing the hiring of consultants across 70+ global offices from universities, business schools, and professional networks in the UK.
She also volunteers with several organisations dedicated to enhancing employability and career access, such as Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), the Forté Foundation, and upReach.
