Charlie Swan

Swan is a former senior lawyer at Freshfields, specialising in global investigations, transactions, and government advisory. He later founded two sector-specialist experiential learning consultancies, where his passion for immersive, interactive learning to foster human-centred leadership at all organisational levels developed. As Chief Growth Officer of The Experiential Learning Group, Swan leads efforts to help global clients enhance leadership, performance management, and sales skills through scalable, blended experiential learning solutions.
