Vijay Roach is an obstetrician and gynaecologist in private and public practice in Sydney, Australia. He is a Past President of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) and a former Chair of the Council of Presidents of Medical Colleges (CPMC). Vijay also provides expert witness reports for medicolegal assessment, teaches medical students and is a passionate advocate for the importance of kindness and compassion in medical care.

Dr Rachael Hickinbotham is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who practices in Sydney's lower north shore. She obtained her medical degree at The University of Adelaide in 2001. She graduated with the gold medal in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She became a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG) in 2010. She is currently on the board of examiners at RANZCOG and a clinical lecturer at The University of Sydney. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health, and has published in this area and more recently was involved in updating the Australian Guidelines for Perinatal Mood disorders.

Kate is a health law and policy partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. She specialises in inquiries, investigations and reviews and also acts for clients in coronial investigations, inquests and other regulatory processes as well as in the defence of medical negligence claims.
