- Cathy RothNational Chairman at PALZAfter a transfer across from Radiography to Management, Cathy held senior positions in diverse industries, including the medical, hospitality, international major events, and Executive mentoring industries. Cathy has been the first female to hold several of her leadership roles, and has received many business, Rotary, and community recognitions including the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Geelong community. Cathy holds, amongst others qualifications, a Degree in Business from Swinburne University, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Deakin University.
