Codiak BioSciences has spent the past five years honing the delivery of oligonucleotides with exosomes. This talk will chart the evolution of Codiak’s approach from an initial focus on siRNA to the use of exosome-bound antisense oligonucleotides for multiple purposes including translation inhibition and exon-skipping. Strategies to maximize potency through optimization of linker and anchor chemistry will be discussed.
