Adam Clements

Adam is a Medical Lawyer, primarily acting for Plaintiff's in their claims. He works on a variety of claims including those arising from antenatal management and birth injury including subject matter covered by the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into Birth Trauma, and some Plaintiffs who made submissions to the Inquiry. Beyond this work, Adam lobbied for expansion of the Run-Off Cover Scheme for practitioners and advises clients on indemnity disputes.
