Alex Norris

Alex practices general commercial and civil litigation and advises clients with respect to a broad range of individual and corporate disputes, including contractual disputes, insurance matters, and tort-based claims. She also has extensive experience in construction matters, particularly with builders’ liens and delay claims. Alex has represented clients in the Alberta Court of Justice (formerly Provincial Court) and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, as well as in commercial arbitrations and mediations. Alex has developed a specialty in employment law and has advised both employers and employees on various issues including terminations, workplace bullying and harassment, employee management, human rights issues, and disciplinary matters. She has experience representing clients before the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
