Amin Halawani

Mr. Amin is the Director – Head of Human Resources at GHC, managing the HR strategy and HR department mandate of all GHC business units ‘Whites, Kunooz, retail businesses & NDC. Mr. Amin has a well-rounded diverse experience from both local leading organisations and multinational players, like Al Safi Danone, STC Group, and Seera Group (Almosafer), where he led the implementation of key strategic projects and transformations in organisation development and change, HR systems focused on strong digital and technology strategy, workforce capability development, and people strategies.

Mr. Amin latest position, Manager – Head of HR, at Aster Arabia the expansion arm for Aster DM health care group, he was the HR strategy spearhead for the Saudi business plan leading and enabling the human capital implementation of the JV with Abdulmohsin Alhokair Holding company to expand Aster pharmacy in KSA. Amin holds a B.Sc. degree in International Business from Xavier University, USA and holds professional certifications in Strategy, Performance, and Innovation from The KPI Institute.
