Ben Holland

Ben is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer based in our Perth office and is currently the Geotechnical Lead for offshore renewables at WSP Australia. Ben is an offshore specialist with over 13 years’ experience in energy infrastructure projects throughout Australia, Asia and Europe. Ben has considerable experience in site assessments, including survey planning, offshore support, and seabed characterisation. In his previous roles at Woodside Energy and E.ON Climate and Renewables he has worked within multidiscipline central engineering teams supporting the full project lifecycle, including early phase development and bid preparation, foundation design and installation, operations and maintenance, and decommissioning. Ben has particular expertise in geotechnical site characterisation, bottom fixed wind turbine foundations and anchoring solutions for floating structures.
