Christine DiFabio

Christine DiFabio currently serves as Senior Vice President and Controller of Zoetis, Inc., the world’s leading animal health company with annual revenues of over $8 billion. She joined Zoetis in March 2014 as Senior Director, Assistant Controller and was promoted to the role of Controller in 2018. In this role she has global responsibility for Zoetis consolidations and SEC reporting, global technical accounting, SOX and internal controls and finance integration.

Christine has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, including within the Controllers teams of AT&T and Tyco in varying levels of responsibility. She began her career at Ernst & Young. She also served as Vice President of Advocacy and Accounting Policy at Financial Executives International (FEI). She is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) since 2024 as well as a member of Financial Executives International Committee on Corporate Reporting (FEI CCR).
