Curtis Rambaran, MD

Curtis is a physician scientist and Head of the Clinical Science group at Silence having joined in January 2021. He trained as a Welcome Trust Academic Cardiology Fellow at King’s College London and completed specialty training in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital London. Over the last decade+ in Industry and prior to joining Silence, he had led early development and late-stage clinical programs across multiple therapeutic areas including potent anti-inflammatory therapeutics in coronary disease and COPD, novel therapies in chronic kidney disease and an RNA antisense oligonucleotide for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
