Dexter Wilson

Dexter is a results-driven Sr. Director at BNY Mellon, experienced in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with over 20 years of experience in project and program management, process optimization, and innovation. His expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and value creation through emerging technologies has been honed through leadership roles at BNY Mellon, UBS AG, American International Group, and HSBC. He has led the launch of BNY Mellon’s Ascent program, managed divestitures and acquisitions and modernized organizations, resulting in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.

Dexter holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications, and certifications as a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Project Management Professional. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and have received numerous awards, including the Association of Corporate Council Value Challenge Award for Innovative Transformation.
