Douglas Helling

Douglas is Associate General Counsel Global Market Access and Pricing for UCB, Inc. In this role, he leads a team responsible for providing legal support for all payor and distribution channel contracts, patient support programs, 340b, government price reporting, federal and state government affairs, and compliance with state price transparency laws. He is leading efforts to enhance legal communications across international markets to facilitate UCB global market access strategies, and sits on both the US and Global Pricing Committees.

Douglas received a BS from Purdue University, an MS from North Carolina State University, and his JD from Florida State University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law.
