Tim, an experienced and well respected rail industry expert is founder and director of Walbrook Partners. Tim is the independent member on Metro Trains Melbourne Board Safety Committee and an independent director of RISSB. Between 2005 and 2016 Tim held a number of senior executive roles in, safety, environment and commercial at Asciano. the parent company of Pacific National and Patrick Stevedores. As head of Safety for Asciano Tim designed and implemented Asciano’s initial safety governance framework and delivered material reductions in injuries and incidents. Tim was also a founding director of Tracksafe. Tim holds a PhD in Economics from University College London, a Masters in Economics from Carleton University, Canada and a BA Economics from the University of Sheffield, UK. Tim also holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
