Duncan Edgehill

Duncan is the CEO of ALTRAC Light Rail, the organisation that financed, built and now operates Sydney’s light rail network under contract with the New South Wales Government. Prior to ALTRAC, Duncan was the inaugural Director-General of Major Projects Canberra where he was responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the ACT Government’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects across. This included the planning, procurement and delivery of Canberra’s light rail system and the delivery of other major infrastructure. Duncan has led Canberra’s public transport network and also held roles in the investment banking and utilities sectors in Australia, Europe and the US.
